Ray of Light + Artist Enhanced Prints

The Ray of Light Collection was inspired by beacons of light which shine from our hearts. By using iridescent gold paint and gold foil the hearts become light reflective, catching your eye from across the room in different ways at different times of the day. The otherwise monochrome blue hearts have a sense of calm juxtaposed by the pizzaz magical quality of the high shine gold. Such as life, run by routines and habits, bursts alive with beacons of light in the good times and hard times.

The Heart Fund raised $1000 through selling the entire collection of original Ray of Light paintings, donating 100% of all sales to support the McDonald Family after recently receiving news of their son’s terminal illness. Each painting has been professionally photographed, digitized and will be printed on canvas in 2 size options: 11x14 and 8x10. In order to get the full effect of the light reflective quality of the gold each print will be enhanced by hand with gold paint and/or foil as modeled in the original painting.

We hold a special place in our hearts for those around us experiencing hardship. As we honor their experience and lift them in prayer, we honor our own life experiences. This collection reminds us to be a Ray of Light for our family, friends and strangers alike.
